Aziz Ansari!

Gosh, I just started listening to this guys stand up, and dayum! this guy is hilarious in every sense of the word!

The Indian - America comedian has been doing stand up for a while now, but has just blown up on the A - list scene big time, which has catapulted him to fame.

Listen to some of his stand up for free here:

Vintage has gone Global!

So, here's my first post as part of the VICE network. I was quite surprised when I saw this segment on their website about the fashion on the street of Liberia.

When looking at the situation in Monrovia, fashion would seem to be the least of people's worries, however, it does bring a small ray of sunshine onto a cloudy situation.

Have a look at some of the street style below:

Bringing a little Glee into our lives

The remaking of the coolest songs, pretty people, and just a pinch of the bitchy, weird and lovely - what do you get?

...A hit U.S TV show! Glee introduced itself to the British television audience last night, and after two episodes has me completely hooked.

The show focuses on the trials and tribulations of the 'Glee Club' in McInley High School, a club which can only be described as Hairspray for after curriculars, as it attempts to re create itself in order to prevail its former glory and compete nationally with other schools.

The show doesn't miss a beat, and illustrates the reality of life perhaps a little more than American tv shows have done in the past.

The uniting of underdogs, the insecurity of years spent as a teenager, are such universal themes, as well as, current issues such as sex and bulima. But what makes it so different is the way the story is told and the way the show represents itself.

The show is comical, at the same time as giving the air that it is not trying to be funny - this quirky quality will keep the audiences coming - as if the kicking tunes and perfect notes sung by beautiful actors were not enough.

It is clever enough to entice the superficial in us, but has the substance to keep the show going - already nominated for 4 Golden Globes, this show sure enough is an instant hit.

Check it out on E4, Monday nights at 9pm.

The Classy Love Heart look....

Yes! Spring is here :). Ok, so it may not seem that way if you peek out of your window right now and look out onto snow and slush, but in the fashion world it is.

Just looking at the colour palette of these garments are warming me up for Summer '10!

The soft pastels worked together on the most diverse of fabrics create the greatest understated power play for a modern edge on the nostalgic 'British Rose' era.

Now just need the weather to get over about 5 degrees .....

The Age of Glamour Reigns True....

Hoorah! My first post of 2010!

Just came across this video, showing the making of a new Dior Advert with Marion Cotillard, and it just looks superbly stunning.

The rights accents of colour, glamour, and sensual understated style, shot by the legendary Annie Leibovitz
